Product Details

Ingredients: Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).

Magnesium Bath Flakes Ultra: Approximately 15g elemental magnesium and 3g elemental sulfur (from OptiMSM®) per cup.

Product Application and Usage

Magnesium bath flakes, or bath salts, are pure magnesium chloride for rapid absorption. Simply dissolve 1-3 cups or more of the magnesium flakes into a warm, but not hot, footbath or tub bath, and soak for 20 minutes or more. Following the bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry. For foot soaks, dissolve up to 3 cups. For body soaks, dissolve up to 6 cups.
